Airsal cylinder sets cover both old-model and new-model Puch Maxi and X30 engine layouts. The assortment includes 50cc standard and faster T6 configurations, 65cc combinations with a PSR cylinder head and 70cc packages. Depending on the set, the Airsal cylinder can be combined with a matching head, Bing 15mm carburetor, air filter, jets and an original-style exhaust.

Athena produces several Puch cylinder designs, including 50cc standard, four-port and reed-valve cylinders. The larger Athena AJH range is based around a 70cc old-model reed-valve cylinder. Cylinder-set versions include compact top-end combinations as well as a more complete Athena AJH package supplied with an Amal 17mm carburetor and matching intake components.

DMP offers practical aftermarket cylinder combinations for Puch Maxi and X30 engines. The cylinder-set assortment includes a 70cc new-model aluminium six-port cylinder package combined with a Bing 15mm carburetor. DMP sets are positioned as accessible street-tuning combinations using familiar Puch intake and carburetor components.

The Gilardoni Italkit set is based around the well-known 47mm aluminium 74cc reed-valve cylinder for Puch Maxi and X30 engines. It is supplied as a matched top-end combination with the cylinder and corresponding cylinder head. This set forms the basis of a more specialised performance engine rather than a complete carburetor-and-exhaust package.

PSR stands for Puchshop Racing and is Puchshop's own development range. The PSR cylinder-set assortment is centred around the 70cc six-port cylinder for old-model and new-model Puch Maxi engines. Available combinations range from a cylinder with a matching PSR head to packages with a Dellorto PHBG 17.5mm carburetor, intake parts and a matching exhaust.

The Parmakit cylinder set combines the Italian manufacturer's 47mm aluminium 74cc cylinder with its matching cylinder head. The cylinder uses a performance-oriented port layout with additional exhaust-port area. Parmakit applications include selected Puch Maxi, X30, Monza and Cobra engine configurations.

The Polini Puch set is based around the 43.5mm 65cc new-model reed-valve cylinder. Polini developed the cylinder, piston and matching cylinder head as one coordinated top-end combination. It provides a complete Polini cylinder package while allowing the intake, carburetor and exhaust to be selected separately for the intended engine build.
