Warranty & complains

When you buy a product from Puchshop, you always have the right to a good product within the warranty period (with normal use). If a product does not come up to your expectations, we will always look for a suitable solution.

You can read more about the warranty period in our terms & conditions.

After you have reported this, we will investigate whether the defect can be repaired or whether we have to replace the product. If this is not possible, we offer you the possibility to get (part of) the purchase price back.

Please note! We do not give any guarantee on our "2nd chance" assortment.
