Placing a order at Puchshop
1. How can I order?
- Log in or register
Before you start filling your shopping cart, it is recommended that you log in if you have a Puchshop account.
Don't have a Puchshop account yet? Register an account here. The advantage is that your shopping cart will then be linked to your account. If applicable, you will immediately see the correct prices per product based on the VAT rate for the delivery address of your order.
Don't want to create a Puchshop account? You can also simply order as a guest.
- Select products
Browse through the various categories with products. Use the search bar if you are specifically looking for a particular product. With the "add to cart" button found in the categories and product pages, you add an item to your cart. Do you want more pieces of the same product? Then adjust the quantity or click on "Add to Cart" again, or adjust the quantity in your shopping cart.
Have you added all your products you need to your cart? Then click on "proceed to checkout" to continue.
- Fill in your details in the checkout
If you are already logged in, this step is not necessary. If you are not yet logged in, but you do have a Puchshop account, you can also log in at the top of the checkout.
Would you like to order as a guest? That's also possible. Please fill in the details of your billing address. Is the delivery address different from your billing address?
Check the box next to "My billing and delivery addresses are the same." to enter a different address.
Are you logged in? Then you can easily choose and/or fill in the pre-filled invoice and optional delivery address.
Please note, fill in all your details correctly! Once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change your address. If the address is incorrect then your order cannot be delivered.
- Choose a shipping method
Choose how your order should be shipped. You can choose from the following shipping methods if available:
- Letter post
- DPD Home
- DHL Express
- Pickup from our warehouse
- Free shipping with DPD
Each shipping method may indicate the indicative delivery time in working days. The stated delivery time is indicative, no rights can be claimed from this. Delays at the carriers are always possible. There is also information on whether tracking is available.
- Choose a payment method
Choose how you want to pay for your order. You can choose from the following payment methods if available:
- Klarna Pay Now
- Klarna Pay Later
- Apple Pay
- Confirm and pay your order
You can now confirm and pay your order. To do so, click on the "confirm order" button. You will now be redirected to your selected payment method. Did you choose for a manual bank transfer? Then you will immediately see the order is confirmed page.
- Order confirmation
When we have received your order in good order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. In this confirmation you will find an overview of your order. Did you not receive an email? Please check your "junk" or "spam folder". If you did not receive any email at all, please contact our customer service.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Is your order not being processed yet? Please contact us or e-mail directly to email@example.com. We will look into the possibilities.. Don't forget to mention your order ID!
