Polini CP and PWK carburetor parts for Puch

Choose the correct Polini CP or PWK carburetor parts

Begin by identifying the exact carburetor and the component responsible for the problem. A worn gasket or damaged adjustment screw may only require one replacement part, while a contaminated or heavily used carburetor may need several components during a complete service.

Common Polini carburetor parts and their function

A carburetor uses several circuits and calibrated parts to supply the engine with the correct amount of fuel. Each circuit has its strongest influence in a certain part of the throttle range, although the circuits also overlap.

Learn the differences between the Polini CP and PWK

The CP and PWK use different designs and adjustment systems. Knowing which carburetor is fitted to your Puch makes it easier to select the correct parts and understand which components affect each throttle range.

Our detailed guides explain the construction, adjustment and tuning principles of both carburetor families.

Individual carburetor part or complete service?

One replacement component is normally sufficient when the fault is clearly identified and the rest of the carburetor remains in good condition. Examples include a damaged gasket, worn float needle, missing adjustment screw or incorrect jet.

A more complete service is advisable when the carburetor has been stored with old fuel, contains several hardened seals or shows contamination in multiple passages. Check each part while the carburetor is disassembled and replace worn components before reassembly.

Check these details before ordering CP or PWK parts

Small differences matter inside a carburetor. Compare the existing part with the product specifications, measurements and photographs before placing your order.

Complete your Polini carburetor setup

Depending on the repair or engine build, you may also need additional carburetor jets, an intake manifold, air filter, fuel hose, fuel filter or a complete replacement carburetor.
