Puchshop exclusive: Airsal 70cc cylinder kit + head (45mm) aluminium Puch MV / VS / DS / VZ / MC / Velux etc.

• Note: only for engines with forced cooling!

This is not a toy, and only for the experienced wrenchers among us. Complete set of milled 70cc Airsal cylinder and milled head custom made for your Puch. Fits without any problems in an R-engine, for all other engines you have to do some milling! You also have to use a matching manifold and the exhaust has to be made to fit!

• Complete with cylinder, head, piston (piston pin 12mm) and gasket set.
• Does not fit just like that except for the R-engine
• For Puch MV / VZ / DS / MC etc
• Cylinder base outer diameter: 48mm
• Inlet stud mounting distance: 38mm (original inlet manifold doesn't fit!)

Note: When using this cylinder on a Puch Velux, the small opening next to the spool port in the engine block must be closed. This can be done, for example, with kneadable metal.

We always advise to check and clean the cylinder before installation and to finish the ports in the cylinder with a 1000 grit sandpaper. This way the edges are no longer too sharp because of the Nicasil coating, this will considerably extend the life of the cylinder / piston.
