Your place in the team

You will join a young and driven team where technical passion and e-commerce meet. In this role, you are the linchpin of the operation: you work closely with our Product Manager to keep the assortment sharp and communicate directly with Purchasing regarding the availability of the latest parts.

Because you are right in the thick of it, you are an important sparring partner for the Marketing & E-commerce team. Together, you look at how to improve the webshop and which new products deserve a prominent spot. In our professional in-house photo studio, you capture the products yourself, ensuring they go live perfectly presented.

But your most important connection? Our customers. You are the voice of our technical knowledge across all channels. Whether it's a complex question via email or a quick check via WhatsApp: you ensure the community always gets the right answer.

What will you be doing?

As a Product Specialist, you are the essential link between our products and the customer. You translate technical details into a strong online presentation and advise the community with your expertise. You switch rapidly between purchasing, marketing, and the photo studio to improve the webshop every day. You will also make smart use of AI tools to quickly turn technical data into high-quality content.

• Answering customer questions via WhatsApp and email, helping them choose the right parts.
• Taking product photos in our studio and ensuring a professional look in the shop.
• Writing clear, technical product descriptions that truly benefit the customer.
• Adding new products and enriching them with the correct attributes and specifications.
• Communicating with Purchasing about stock and with E-commerce about website improvements.
• Checking if technical information in the shop is up-to-date and correct.

What we ask of you: A technically minded moped enthusiast who manages product data accurately and advises customers with enthusiasm. You are digitally savvy, have an excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a plus), and are available full-time in the Wageningen region.
