As our new Product Manager, you are ultimate responsible for our entire product catalog. You are the absolute specialist who determines which products we carry, which innovations we bring to market, and which suppliers we build the future with. You are the true technical expert within the company. Hands-on mechanical experience and deep knowledge of two-stroke and moped mechanics are absolute must-haves for this role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven professional who loves e-commerce just as much as the smell of two-stroke oil.

• Mechanical Experience & Two-Stroke Knowledge: You know exactly how a Puch or Tomos engine is built. Deep experience with moped and two-stroke technology is a hard requirement.
• Commercial & Practical Insight: You understand how e-commerce works, comprehend margins and inventory, and enjoy carefully adding new products to our system and webshops.
• Experience: MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level with relevant experience in procurement, product management, or a similar role in a technical e-commerce/retail environment.
• Ownership: You are decisive, work in a structured manner, and are not afraid to take charge of our product catalog.
• Languages: Good command of Dutch and English (German is a major plus).

What will you do?

As Product Manager, you are the strategic, technical, and practical engine behind our product offering. You combine your hands-on mechanical experience with commercial e-commerce insight to continuously improve, expand, and perfectly present our range on the webshops.

• Catalog Management & Innovation: You analyze the market, identify trends, and decide which new parts, brands, and overhaul kits to add to our range.
• Adding & Managing Products: You add new items to our webshops in collaboration with your colleagues, ensuring accurate specifications, proper product relations, and correct category placement.
• Product Development: You contribute to and oversee the development process of our own Puchshop/Tomoshop products (e.g. specific CNC parts, exhausts, or upgraded replacement parts).
• Supplier Management & Purchasing: You maintain contact with international suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate prices/terms, and monitor part quality.
• Pricing Strategy & Margin Control: You ensure competitiveness in the market with a healthy margin.
• Collaboration: You work closely with our Product Specialist and Marketing team to ensure seamless product launches.
