Important Update for Our Customers in the United States

UPDATE 27 SEPTEMBER 2025: Starting from 30 september we can ship our packages to the United States again! 

If you already placed an order, we will e-mail you on 29 september to inform you how to deal with the import duties. 

Import duties

For orders shipped to the United States, we are required to charge 15% import duties on the subtotal of your order. In addition, PostNL charges a 2% administrative fee.

A total of 17% in additional costs will therefore be automatically added to your order, so you know exactly what to expect at checkout.

Thanks to this arrangement, you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery in the United States.

Starting from 23 August, it is unfortunately temporarily not possible to ship parcels to the United States via PostNL. This is due to new U.S. regulations regarding import duties.

Until now, orders with a value of up to $800 were exempt from import duties. The U.S. government has removed this exemption. Since there is currently no clear system in place to collect these new import fees, PostNL, along with other European postal services has decided to temporarily suspend parcel shipments to the U.S.

What does this mean for you as a customer in the U.S.?

• Orders from our webshop can temporarily not be shipped to the U.S.
• As soon as shipping becomes possible again, we will immediately update our website and inform our customers by email.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and hope that PostNL and international partners will find a solution as quickly as possible.
