Reinforced pull-start mechanism Puch Maxi E50 PSR black

• Complete pull-start mechanism with thicker rope, stronger handle and aluminium housing. 
• This mechanism can be mounted on the PSR pull starters from the webshop.
• Good quality, with this mechanism the pull starter can also be used with cylinders up to 74cc without any problems.

Mounting:

• Disassemble the old mechanism from the pull starter. Mount the new mechanism on the cover. Make sure that everything is fitted nice and clean!

Application:

• Before starting, pull the cable slowly a few times so that the engine spins empty (must be done before each start attempt).
  
• Pull out the pull-start handle until it is fully engaged and you encounter resistance. Then pull through in one go.
• Tip: Wear gloves! Hold the handle firmly.

Tipp:

• The pedal system can no longer be operated because the pedal arms would touch the housing of the pullstarter. Therefore, footrests, a longer pedal axle or a pedal axle extension must be fitted.
