MBR *High End* Forged piston size 46.94 mm

In cooperation with the company Wössner a high performance piston for the Italkit was developed!

Kit consisting of:

• piston
• 12mm piston pin
• 2 clips
• 1 piston ring

Design is optimal for:

• Gilardoni Italkit 47mm 
  
• Cylinder reed valve inlet (original)
• Bigger carburettors (19-32mm)
• High rev (smaller mass / 1-ring only)
• PROX piston pin needle bearing 12x15x16 

Recommended size: (coating corresponds to +0.01 to +0.02 mm)

• Italkit cylinder A (47.00): 46.94mm
  
• Italkit cylinder B (47.01): 46.95mm
• Italkit cylinder C (47.02): 46.96mm
• For extreme conditions (e.g. ASPEN): 46.93mm

Tip: 

• Machining the cylinder head 
• Control times unprocessed approx. outlet: 180 / overflow: 120 / forward outlet: 30 / inlet: 360 degrees
