Bridgestone

Bridgestone is a Japanese tyre brand/factory founded in 1931 by Shojiro Ishibashi. The word bridgestone is the English translation of Ishibashi which means "stone bridge". In 1988 Bridgestone acquired the American tyre manufacturer Firestone.
