Adapter plate to mount a Puch cylinder on a Sachs 508/535 engine

• The plate is 5mm thick to compensate for the difference in stroke
• Material: aluminium
• A small piece of the cooling rib of the Puch cylinder may have to be milled off in order to fit the clutch cable of the Sachs engine
• This conversion plate is really for an advanced mechanic with the right tools
  
• Photo 4 is an example photo of an assembled Puch cylinder set with side manifold
• Hole pattern Sachs engine: 59 x 56 mm / 59 x 56/49 mm (always check this with your engine!)
  

The plate is mounted on the engine block using 4 countersunk Allen bolts. The studs for the Puch cylinder are fitted in the 4 remaining holes. These holes should be drilled about 15 mm deep in the crankcase, and M6 thread cut into them. Next, the crankcase flush ports should also be milled into the plate. Note: use Loctite to mount the studs.
