The long-awaited Ignition video is finally here! Chris couldn't do it alone, so once again we called in our trusted presenter Erik to make it a fun episode. Basic ignition for 50cc and 70cc cylinders.
How do you adjust the contact points? What to look out for and what do the contact points actually do? Once we have cleared that up, we move on to basic Puch ignition tuning, what to look out for and so on.
To check that everything is correct, we take the ignition gun and check that the dashes match. At first, they don't, so we also readjust the bottom plate.
This video should also make it easier to set YOUR ignition! So pay close attention and note a few important things here and there, and your Puch will soon run like a light!
