• This tachometer works only with standard Bosch ignitions 6 or 12 volts

Instructions for use:

• Other types of ignitions (Kokusan, HPI with light coil) emit a different pulse, which makes the specified value incorrect. (Not possible)
• Display light bulb is a 12 volt 1.2 Watt version (mini bayonet version)
• Tachometer must be connected directly to the light coil (yellow wire from your block) or to an additional brake light coil. (Not included)
• The black ground wire must necessarily connect to the motor housing for the display bulb. (Dependent on the execution of the light bulb holder)
• The use of a voltage regulator can distort the reading, this has not been tested.
