The Fast Arrow disc brake kit for Puch Maxi comes delivered as a comprehensive package, thoughtfully assembled to meet all your needs. The set includes:
- Hub with fixed bearings: Specifically designed to fit both Grimeca and Fast Arrow star rims, the high-quality hub with fixed bearings ensures durability and smooth rotation.
- Disc brake: With an impressive diameter of 240mm, this big disc brake provides excellent stopping power for a safer and more efficient riding experience. And of course makes you Puch Maxi look amazing!
- Brake pump with brake light switch and mirror connector: The brake pump, complete with a brake light switch and mirror connector, offers everything you need and is already filled with brake fluid.
- Steel braided brake line: A sturdy 85cm long steel braided brake line gives you optimal brake pressure. It's also long enough for the short / long Puch Maxi EBR front fork that has a caliper fitting. (note: doesn't fit the hydraulic version!)
- Caliper with adapter for EBR front forks: The caliper with aluminium adapter, specially designed for EBR forks, ensures a perfect fit, covering almost the entire disc brake and giving it excellent brake response.
- Complete 12mm wheel axle with spacers and nuts: Everything you need for a robust wheel assembly, including a complete wheel axle, spacers, and nuts.
Easy Installation for Immediate Improvements
The Fast Arrow disc brake kit is designed with the user in mind. The set comes completely filled, so you don't have to waste time pressurising the brake system. You first remove the front wheel from your Puch Maxi. After this, you unscrew the old hub from the front wheel and mount the new fast arrow hub in your Puch Maxi front wheel. After this, you mount the disc brake. At the same time, the adapter and caliper can be put on the front fork. Then your front wheel can go back into your Puch with the new axle. Please note that your disc brake must now go into the caliper at the same time when you put the wheel axle into the front forks! Now your Puch Maxi is equipped with a disc brake set!
