This Good Parts Only. Metrakit cylinder is an optimized version of the standard 65cc Metrakit cylinder. This 70cc variant is an aluminum cylinder with a cast-iron liner and features optimized port timings As a result, this cylinder delivers strong torque while also providing a good top speed.

• Aluminum cylinder with cast-iron liner
• Includes piston (12 mm piston pin) and gasket set
• Very strong cylinder with plenty of torque
• The cylinder features a large intake port; the use of a 15 mm or 17 mm carburetor is recommended
• Cylinder base outer diameter: 48 mm
• The cylinder shape does not fully match either the old or the new model. A new-model cylinder head is the best match.

Before mounting

• We always advise to check and clean the cylinder before installation and to finish the ports in the cylinder with a 1000 grit sandpaper. This way the edges are no longer too sharp because of the Nicasil coating, this will considerably extend the life of the cylinder / piston.

Models

• The cylinder is compatible for use on a Puch Maxi S / Maxi N / Maxi K / Maxi P / X20 / X30, Korado, Manet and KTM hobby with E50 / Z50 / ZA50 engine. Just note that you may have to make some modifications. Want advice on whether this cylinder fits your moped? Please contact us.
