Conversion set from pedal start motor to kickstart CNC by AMPP

Now exclusively at Puchshop, a conversion set to convert your pedal start engine to kickstart. Please note that some technical knowledge is required to assemble the set.

• Use your own kickstart cover, kickstart pinion and kickstart pressure plate to complete this set.
• Parts are CNC manufactured, very nice quality

This set consists of:

• CNC milled aluminium intermediate plate
• Plastic spacer disc
• CNC clutch nut
• 2x kickstart cover gasket 1.00mm thick

The set should be assembled as follows:

• Dismantle the old clutch cover, pressure plate and clutch nut
• Mount the aluminium intermediate plate on the engine, use it as a template to drill through the holes on the left side in the crankcase and then thread with a thread cutting tap.
• Mount the plastic plate directly onto the starter clutch, use the nut provided with the kickstart pinion and kickstart pressure plate to secure the plate. 
• Use the supplied gasket on both sides of the aluminium intermediate plate to seal it. 
• Then fit the kickstart cover to the engine.
