• The white-wall tyre may have a blue UV coating applied at the factory to protect it from turning yellow during storage. You can wash the coating off with warm water and soap.
• Keep in mind that whitewall tyres can always turn yellow. This is caused by the influence of UV (sun) light, weather, aggressive cleaning products, liquids and exhaust fumes. This process starts immediately after the UV coating or protective film is removed from the tyre.
