Race clutch pedal-start Aramid race Woven!

Ready to go for race, cross or fast street set-up
5mm "Aramid Woven" shoe lining
3 Segment pedal start racing clutch
Reinforced with a reinforcement plate, this prevents bending of the clutch base plate
Specially assembled and tuned for Puchshop. Set at 5000 rpm with 50N/mm springs but can be adjusted with included stronger 100N/mm springs.
The clutch features a CNC milled base plate, the advantage of this is that it is 1 piece making it a strong assembly.
Only suitable for the E50 engine

These racing clutches are specially produced and tuned for Puchshop. These clutches are often used in a moped running at high speeds. An original E50 clutch is less suitable for high revs , this is what these racing clutches are designed for. This clutch is very suitable for a set-up from a fast 50cc to a 74cc

Note: Before assembly, it is recommended to soak the clutch in ATF oil for 24 hours

The spare parts supply for Puch Maxi is already very extensive. However, there are certain parts that are either not available or only exist in inadequate quality. What began with replacement clutch shoes for the Puch E50 Surflex is continuously being extended with new parts. Quality is of the utmost importance in this regard.

How All Surpreme Parts developed...

Several years ago, Surflex discontinued the production of centrifugal clutches for Puch Maxi E50 engines. This left numerous Maxi riders facing an issue with worn-out clutches, as the quality of aftermarket clutches was subpar. A compatible replacement clutch shoe, breathing new life into the worn Surflex clutches, emerged as the solution. After initial testing and multiple upgrades, it became evident that the Aramid replacement clutch shoe is excellently suited for both the original everyday engine and tuned motors.

What started as a small initiative evolved into A.S.P. - All Supreme Parts. In addition to clutches, you now also find a straight-cut racing gearbox along with all its associated components. Quality remains the top priority.
