THE GREEN HORNET

Here is the story about my Custom Project.

My name is Marcel, 21 years old coming from Austria. In 2018 I bought this Puch Maxi LG (1986) from a good friend of me. One day I had an illusion to build a caferracer. The transformation from the bottom to now you can see in the pics bellow. 

In January 2019 I started to disassemble the bike. After some machining on the frame, it was sandblasted and after this procedure it was painted in RAL 6025 (farngreen).

During this I orderd a big big list in the Puchshop to complete the Puch. 

In the end I spent more than 2.000€ in my project and a lot of time in the workshop. 

Some special details:

- painted all the engine parts in black

- titanium screws on the whole engine

- selfmade Speedometerholder 

- cut the cables to the perfect lengh

- 2.50“ rims painted in black

- custom and selfmade seat
