1. What shipping methods can I choose?

When you are placing a order, you have the possibility to choose between the following shipping methods:

Shipping with PostNL
  1. When your order is shipped, you will receive a e-mail with the tracking number. If it fits in a envelope, there is no tracking possibility.
  2. When you are not at home, PostNL will try to delivery it the next day. After a second attempt PostNL will bring your order to the nearest postal office/collection point. You have to collect it within three weeks, otherwise it will go back to the sender.
  3. You can track your order with the tracking number and your ZIP code on the website of PostNL.
Shipping with DPD
  1. When your order is shipped, you will receive a e-mail with the tracking number.
  2. You can track your order with the tracking number and your ZIP code on the website of DPD.
Shipping with FedEx
We ship the packages for our customers in the United States with FedEx, because with FedEx we can guarantee fast shipping because the shipping from begin to end is done by FedEx without a other party.
  1. When your order is shipped, you will receive a e-mail with the tracking number.

2. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are different for each shipping method, weight of the package and the delivery county. If you want to know the exact shipping costs, we advise you to add the desired product to your shopping cart. When you click on checkout, you will see the exact shipping costs for each shipping method or click here for a indication.

3. How long does delivery take?

We strive to get your order delivered within 1 – 3 workdays within Europe. For overseas shipping it will take longer. If your order is shipped, you will receive a e-mail with the tracking number.

4. Delayed delivery?

We strive to get your package delivered within the indicated time. If the process is delayed, we will of course inform you about the estimated delivery time.

5. Can I also pickup my order?

Yes of course! You can pickup your order at us: Achterweg 1-3, 6702 AZ, Wageningen, the Netherlands. You will need to place an order and choose the shipping method: Pickup from store.
