New! Polini cylinder set complete with cylinder head by Polini
The cylinder head and piston are custom-made by Polini's design department for the 65cc Puch Polini cylinder! It doesn't get any better than this! This set has been specially designed by Polini for optimal use with the Polini Big Valve 4-valve carbon reed valve and Polini CP 21mm with filter on a Puch Maxi / X30 with E50 / Z50 / ZA50 engine. Of course, the cylinder also fits on other types where the normal Maxi cylinders also fit.

- Polini cylinderhead (211.0608). Use a long thread spark plug, for example the NGK B9ES.

Attention! Very sensable cylinder!
Fit the cylinder with 8 Nm, fit the gaskets in the intake pipe with liquid gasket and do not tighten too tightly. Then you will have a cylinder that lasts a long time and is very fast.
Before mounting
We always advise to check and clean the cylinder before installation and to finish the ports in the cylinder with a 1000 grit sandpaper. This way the edges are no longer too sharp because of the Nicasil coating, this will considerably extend the life of the cylinder / piston.
